ADB is the central reusable data foundation and not a generic data lake or ADR-only database.

Rationale

This decision protects AblePro from becoming either too narrow as an ADR-only application or too broad as a generic healthcare platform.

Consequences

The GitDocs structure, diagrams, roadmap, and use-case validation model must reflect this decision.
