Regional-language support is a strategic placeholder with Kannada as first validation candidate and language expansion based on demand, impact, and business value.

Rationale

This decision protects AblePro from becoming either too narrow as an ADR-only application or too broad as a generic healthcare platform.

Consequences

The GitDocs structure, diagrams, roadmap, and use-case validation model must reflect this decision.
